With the rise of the new generation, Chevy decided that it was time to redesign one of their most beloved trucks and tap into some familiar technology by utilizing rear composite leaf springs. Chevy's fourth generation 1500 features an impressive all-new design that's built from the ground up, with aggressive angles and head-turning stylings that fit in beautifully when transformed with Rough Country's 3.5-inch Suspension Lift. Innovative Design and Construction. When changing a vehicle's suspension, the key to preserving ride quality is keeping the geometry of all suspension components as close to their factory angles as possible. With Rough Country's six-inch lift kit specifically designed for the rear mono-leaf equipped models, you can rest easy knowing that everything is included for Rough Country's 3.5in lift features a set of forged aluminum upper control arms to provide the correct suspension geometry in our most durable control arm to date! This perfect-height lift is a great choice for anyone who wants more than a simple level but doesn't quite want the full height of a 3.5-inch option. This kit lifts and levels the front of the vehicle with the rear, offering enough increased ground clearance to run up to 295/55R20 tires with an improved, aggressive look. We didn't want to limit you to one standard kit. Rough Country's 3.5-inch kit is configurable with all the shock options that we offer. This allows you to choose which shock series you want! Ranging from our nitrogen-charged N3 shocks to our Vertex reservoir shocks the power to choose is in your hands. Requiring the use of a strut compressor to install, an estimated timeframe of 5-6 hours is recommended to complete. This full kit can be installed at home and can be completed efficiently and quickly! Rough Country's 3.5 in Suspension Lift Kit is backed with a limited lifetime replacement warranty towards manufacturer defects.
