While most traction bars are designed to only reduce axle wrap up, Pro Comp suspension traction bars are designed to allow suspension articulation as well. Our exclusive reverse hourglass shaped urethane bushings allow the needed stability to reduce spring wrap, while allowing the traction bars to flex for articulation. Traction bars mount to the frame and axle. The rear axle mounting plate is positioned between the axle spring plate and lift block. This mounting system results in a secure installation while losing no valuable ground clearance common in most street traction bar kits. Mounting kits are required and sold separately. |
