This replacement differential carrier assembly fits 87-95 Wrangler YJ, 97-00 Wrangler TJ, 84-00 Cherokee XJ and 93-98 Grand Cherokee ZJ models equipped with Dana 35 rear differentials WITH Trac-Lok. Kit includes carrier, spider gears, bearings and ring gear bolts. Carrier accepts gear ratios from 3.55 to 4.56. Replaces OE 5252496
