Some of these ventures were complete failures, though all provide a glimpse into a unique time in automotive history. The 1994-1996 Chevrolet Impala certainly falls into the list of vehicles we think fondly of. LT-1 power, fantastic body lines, and surprisingly solid handling created a vehicle with serious roadway presence. The SS is now a classic vehicle, worthy of proper care and upkeep.
