The 32981T allows conversion of the 3298T and 3298MT into a Winch Guard. The winch plate replaces the bottom tube of the 3298T and 3298MT Grill Guards so a winch(Max Pull: 9,500 lbs) can be mounted. 3100 Winch Plates come with a Limited Lifetime warranty on materials and construction and a 5 year warranty on the the textured black finish.
