DEI has developed an inexpensive and easy solution to help avoid melted plastic and keep heat away from the passenger. Our heat shield is made up of and heavy-duty 10 mil aluminum with 1/8" glass mat barrier material, pre-cut to the correct size for the RZR 800. Mounting hardware is also included to make installation a breeze.
