Description
This B&M Hi-Tek deep trans pan is designed for 2015-2018 GM full size 1500 truck and SUV models with the 8L90E 8-speed automatic transmission. The pan adds 3.4 US quarts of additional fluid capacity for improved cooling efficiency over the stock transmission pan by using high quality cast aluminum. The Hi-Tek pan also incorporates external cooling fins which not only look good, but are also functional by increasing the surface area to help dissipate heat much quicker than the OEM stamped steel flat transmission pans. Additional features include an engraved B&M logo, a magnetic drain plug for catching ferrous metals, a temperature sensor port and mounting hardware. Gasket and filter not included.

The deep pan design increases fluid capacity by 3.4 quarts over the stock O.E. steel pan. All these features combined help dissipate heat quicker netting lower transmission and fluid temperatures prolonging the life of your transmission, transmission fluid and corresponding components. Other features for this popular pan include a drain port and the pan accepts the two factory magnets to capture wear materials protecting the transmission and for clean and easy servicing. Also includes 1/8 inch npt temperature sensor port for easily adding a temp gauge for monitoring transmission temperatures while daily driving, towing or racing. Includes detailed instructions with all necessary hardware for an easy at home installation. Note: Does Not fit 2010-2015 Camaro 8L90E transmissions.
