We also addressed the weak factory detent pressure and have significantly increased the detent pressure creating a noticeably stiffer shift feel and preventing the transmission from popping out of gear. The shifter can retain the factory shift stick and knob, but you'll want to check out our ergonomic B\u0026amp;M replacement shift handle for 2007-2018 JK models, part# 46200, which comes with a specially designed isolated assembly and includes a black B\u0026amp;M shift knob. The stick will also accept any 3\/8-16 threaded shift knob if you prefer.
